Freindly, helpful staff. They always give me an honest estimate and stick to it. I usually do my own work but now I have somewhere I trust. This helps free up my time for work and family. Now I scrape my knuckles doing fun stuff and I swear less!
Horrible service!!! I spoke with Tyler at the main desk to have my wife's car worked on for a simple A/C charge. I figured that they had the A/C machine, and they could do the task easily because I have been busy with work. Well the A/C worked fine for a week after they tested it and then it went south. I took the car back in and my wife was told that it would cost $1,950 to fix the cost because now the whole A/C system was shot. I talked to Tyler on the phone and he said that I would be able to be refunded for the original service they had performed. I showed up after work to find out that his word meant nothing. He told me that they could no longer give me a refund. I was very disappointed to hear that. I then politely asked Tyler if I could see his A/C licensing (EPA 609 MVAC Certification) and he told me to leave. Now we have to pay almost $2,000 to fix an A/C system that had been tested for complete function the first time it went in, telling me that their word and their 90 day warranty on their work means nothing. I was deeply disappointed by the service I experienced from Mr. Tire, in the small town that I live.

i took my 2004 Z06 corvette in for an oil change and left with 6139.16 dollars in damage. i talked to the owner to get this resolved and he basically told me to piss off and he wasn't going to fix anything on my car. im currently battling him legally to get my car fixed. i would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy let alone my friends
Please, never go to this place. I would not trust this shop to even change my oil. The air conditioner in my 2010 Ford Escape went out and I took it to Mr Tire in Tonganoxie, thinking that a small town shop where I live would have placed priority on quality service. When the appointment was made they assured us they could work on AC. I picked up my car the same afternoon, assured that the problem was solved. They had done some diagnostics and added some fluid. Their receipt said that they had done a full test of my air conditioning system for proper operation and had found nothing, not even a small leak. Exactly one week later my air conditioner was not working again and making new noises now, so I took it back in anticipating that they would honor their 90-day warranty and fix the issue. I received a call stating that my entire AC system needed replacing and now suddenly there were leaks everywhere, and the total cost to repair would be $1,950. I went and picked up my car, letting them know that my husband would give them a call on his lunch break to talk about the specific details and figure out a solution. When my husband spoke to the shop, he asked for a refund for the original work and they agreed. When he came by after work, the guy at the desk said he had spoke with the owner and we would not be getting a refund. My husband asked if they were certified to work on AC and he said yes, then my husband asked to see the proof and he was denied and was asked to leave the shop. My husband is very capable of understanding vehicle issues because he has a degree in Automotive Technology from Pitt State. All of our interactions were with very young, unprofessional individuals that spoke with authority that was not theirs rather than directing us to a manager or the owner. This shop is dishonest and lazy, and I very much feel like that they have turned a small problem in my car into a much larger one that they refuse to take responsibility for. I will end up eating the cost for this, but I urge everyone to stay away and take your business elsewhere, preferably to someone who is licensed to work on AC.
