This is a great example that it is clear of Mr. Lynch and his ways to manipulate the public/sellers/buyers so he can benefit more than them in the end. As an agent, you should let the Seller decide their fate instead of be one-sided so that he can benefit.

I have worked with Dan Lynch at Lynch Real Estate since 2009.Besides handling his marketing and advertising I know that his clients will always come first. Quality conscious and truly cares about helping people buy and sell their homes. He is a man of integrity, hardworking, customer-focused, energetic, assertive and enthusiastic. He wins numerous awards every year for excelling standards of excellence. The once eager, "we can do that" policy changed to one of "don't bother me with it", even being so bold by telling us not to send him photos of issues with our house. We have had good agents in the past and wanted to overlook some of the feedback we initially had received. However, neighbors in the new neighborhood where we were building all quickly chimed in with the same feedback, giving words of caution and stories of frustration.

With that said Dan Lynch was simply oustanding, from when I first met him till the closing Dan was attentive of my needs as a buyer in every way. I would highly recommend Dan and he would be my first choice for realtor if I needed one in the future.

I wouldn't be shocked if there wasn't a lawsuit coming his way in the VERY near future...

Little did we know, Mr. Lynch was the sellers agent, buyers agent (had someone from his company represent them) and was the broker. This is very unethical and should be unlawful. It wouldn't matter what we said/changed/offered as Lynch would only shove his employees offer down his sellers throat so he could come out with more money in his pocket in the end.

An agent's role is to be there for their customer and work for them. Dan didn't in ours and many others experiences we have heard about. We have since backed out and taken our deposit money back.

I WARN you, do not use this company as they are unloyal, unethical, sketchy, narcissistic slime dogs. Also, if you are NOT represented by Lynch/his firm- don't even bother looking at any homes in the Basehor, Tonganoxie, Piper, Lansing or Leavenworth area! It will just be a waste of your time.

We have decided as we start our search over, we will not list our home with Dan Lynch or consider any house where his name is involved.

We looked at the home and put the offer in that night. With 20% down, Earnest check made out, pre-approved, offered selling price you'd think you were a very strong buyer and going to get the home. WRONG!

I was a prospective buyer at a home in Basehor, KS. My agent (who does not work with this company) asked Mr. Lynch (aka scumbag) if we could see the home.

I've been buying and selling property for about 15 years. In that time I've worked with many realtors. Hands down Dan is the most effective, knowledgeable, and professional realtor I've used. I've worked with Dan and his team for about 10 years on multiple properties as a buyers and seller's agent. He knows the market well and is an invaluable guy to have on your side of the table, regardless of whether you are buying or selling.

He made it very clear when he boasted to my agent about getting the 6% commission and how he doesn't reduce his prices/compromise with seller/buyer so he can come out with more money in his pocket.

Oddly enough, that is EXACTLY what happened. Seller countered the other offer ( so it OBVIOUSLY) was nowhere near what asking price was (which, if I was selling a home.. I would go with the higher offer so i'd net more...) they ended up closing a deal with the Buyer represented by Mr. Lynches company.

I bought my house 14 months ago. I waited this long to write a review because I wanted the see if i had the same opinion a year later than when i first bought the house. I believe reviews are important for the consumer and that providing a honest review adds to the collective good of the consumer.

If you are looking for an honest, ethical, timely, and professional agent, you might look elsewhere. Dan is a great actor and will make you think he is engaged by the dealings you will experience in your first interactions with him. However, after contract signing, our experiences quickly changed.

If he TRULY cared about his seller, he'd tell them our offer and our updated/counter offer was (which, we know this DIDNT happen!). He didn't want to do that, because he wouldn't have gotten that 6% commission he so proudly boasted about to my agent!
